Ordering was easy; product shipped quickly; arrived timely. Assembly is minimal. Once everything was inspected, I added oil and gasoline (premium). The McLane is a tank, heavy metal frame and powder coated red paint. Honda engines are superb. Unit started right up and idles smoothly. You can adjust both the depth and angle of the blade; speed is controlled by the Honda engine. On new cuts, I ran at a low speed, often clipping large roots or the side brackets to my paver driveway. Afterwards, you can increase the speed of the blade and your walking pace. The end product looks great! Being able to adjust the front wheels does help when switching from driveway or road edge to the lawn’s mulch areas with many curves. Purchased the McLane edger with the Honda GX Engine. Edger is heavy duty and built to last many years. Can’t say enough about the Honda GX engines. I own 3 of them and they start on the first pull every time. You won’t be disappointed with this edger. I highly recommend it.
