Bought this as a replacement for the original suspension kit. It was a bit of a challenge to remove it without worrying about tearing it up. But once removed, it fit well and works great.

It used to be that we bought things online and paid to have them shipped to our location and they made it. Now it seems that there is an extra service you NEED to pay or else your item doesn’t show up. Where would it go? It’s like the mob is extorting money. Just another charge that shouldn’t be necessary.

Bought 3 blowers online here echo pb9510’s they came in the next day I was happy I did not have to make a 20min drive one way walk in a store wait in line etc talk to people get the blowers set up nope they sent them to me got them like nothing and they’re ready for this leaf season

The packaging inside the master shipper was little to none . . . causing parts to be disheveled. 2 components were missing. Grease fitting fell off when grease applied. Schematic drawings were not accurate.

We had one of these for many of years, made a mistake in putting a different tool on the old one ~ it immediately broke our old weed whacker. I don't know how long it took me before I found Arlington Power Equipment Inc., but my wife and I are totally happy that I found this great supplier.

Perfect pricing for our needs

I am a homeowner on 2 huge tree-filled lots have used an ECHO 770T for 10-15 years. Excellent machine as I have had zero issues and it can blow leaves, acorns, sticks and small rocks with ease. Always starts on the second pull. That being said, the 770 is no match for the 9510T. This thing is huge and has so much power it will twist you when you hit the throttle. It blows everything the 770 can and then some. I look forward to leaf season in the Ozarks. Leaves don’t stand a chance. If there is a negative, the 9510 gulps the fuel. Full tank lasts only about 45 minutes at full throttle. The 770, while thirsty, will last much longer on a tank. No matter, figured the fuel usage would be high. Highly recommend and would buy again.

Great logistics box was damaged. Blower was coming out, but no apparent damage to the blower.

I didn’t want my unit to arrive damaged and then have to go through the claims process. The box is substantial and I view its purchase and the lift gate option as cheap insurance. No regrets!

I use this for my two properties. The 18” takes up slightly more room than an average lawnmower. I find the reciprocal movement much easier to manage than the barrel system. It doesn’t have a drive, the tine action definitely gives an assist. The plug size is consistent with plugs from units that I rented. The nice thing about having your own aerator is that the chances of introducing a foreign grass to your lawn goes way down! No regrets!

I bought the PL1801H, which was around $4K. For an extra $100.00 I bought the Freight Lift Gate Service and the enhanced shipping box for about $100.00. After spending $4K on this I wanted it to arrive in showroom condition as opposed to the possibility of it being damaged and having to go through a claim process. The delivery went well, the box is substantial and I have no regrets!
