I received rock points for my Brown Bed Edger and instead of being threaded with a lock nut they came with a flimsy small snap ring to retain them. They are not going to work. Shipping took weeks, not days.

For the 10 acers of headstones and trees, these sthil harnesses keep you from killing yourself. Bought these as replacement to the decade old ones that finally broke. Worth every cent. Arlington was easy to order from and the shipping actually worked!!

I treated myself to this T262 for my 65th birthday. Decided to give my old Sthil fs88 a break. I love the way the Shindaiwa starts and runs. Its taken a little bit to get use to the norrow guard, but all in all, I love this machine.

Purchased this tiller a month ago and after it got delivered last week and I replaced the parts they forgot I put about 10 hours into using it. I like the engine, it seems to be a typical reliable Honda engine (it's the whole reason I bought it), easy start, good gas consumption, etc.

The problem with it is the belt housing and the drag bar. The belt has no protection from what your tilling up. I've had it come off a couple of times already because a small rock or dirt clod got picked up and forced the belt off the track. The drag bar's angle adjustment bolt holes were slightly out of alignment so I couldn't feed the bolt to set the cotter pin, but, that was fixed with a 3/8th's drill bit.

I can't "personally" say it's a BAD tiller in spite of the aforementioned. It does the job well, just be prepared for some potential problems with the belt.

Starts easily and runs great. Have run 3 tanks of gas through this saw so far with no issues.Very comfortable and easy to use.

I made a bad purchase. The chainsaw started twice and then stopped working. I sent a message, but they didn't respond. I'd like to know how to replace it or make it work again. It's very frustrating.

Not sure if this product just doesn’t work well for my RZ142 Stihl, but I’m not very impressed with the functionality of it. Loses a ton of grass and clogs up very quick. Definitely not worth the price.

Very helpful staff answered all my questions before ordering. This model is a bit heavy with a powerful motor. It works great and cuts through quickly so I won't be handling it long. Great discount price and delivery was quick.

could not get local merchant to order.. found arlington online, ordered, received just as advertised, and one week after this the local merchant called me at home wondering if i would like to order this product, and i said "no thank you, i ordered this product from arlington power equipment and it was delivered to my door" So not only did i get this product cheaper than the local merchant offered it, they did not have it in their honda store, nor did they offer to order it for me. This claims to be a heavy duty filter kit for the Kawasaki FR 651v. It showed up with wrong hose, no bracket and wrong clamps. Only thing that was correct was the filter housing itself. Had to use wire ties to hold it together. Service was very slow on top of the inadequate kit. Pay the extra money and get kit from a reputable dealer

I'm kind of disappointed in this saw because of how hard it is to start. I have an echo 12 inch arborist saw and it always starts on the second pull, which is why I purchased the echo timber wolf. Once it is started it runs well, but getting it started is difficult.
