This item really made the leaf catcher much easier to use not having to dump it as often.

The off and on switch is too small and could potentially be dangerous and the label information on the saw is incorrect

All 3 of these were sent wrong. They even have the wrong product number

The delivery email states this item is supposed to be included in the package, but i have not received it

The Snowcaster is a whole lot quicker and easier on my back than a traditional snow shovel. Surprisingly it handles a fair bit of snow.

Purchased an Echo chainsaw and case online from a hardware store as a Christmas gift. After receiving, the chainsaw was too large for the case. Arlington told me that this case would fit my particular chainsaw and it did. Thank you Arlington for helping me with this.

Heavy duty construction I expect it to last a long time.
Sales rep was extremely helpful and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns in reference to the product.

The holes don’t align the bracket. You have to push that in which will cause a bent in the bracket .
Second is the wheels, flimsy wheel attachment and has threads where frame meets the wheel which is a moving part, which will basically eat the frame from inside every time you roll.

I wonder how these many positive reviews or I got a lemon.

Haven't used it yet, but it appears to be exactly what I expected and ordered. Arlington PE can be trusted to deliver what you ordered and in a reasonable time.
