The customer service that I received was awesome and very professional. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Now,,,the shipping and how my engine looked, is another story. The box that the engine was in, was almost torn apart and had to be taped up. The entire box!! When the driver left the engine, they threw it on the shipping dock and it was lying on its side. Therefore letting oil run out. FedEx Ground was the carrier and I wouldn't recommend them delivering anything else for me. When you pay what I paid for an engine, it should be handled very carefully and not the way that it was. So,highly disappointed in the shipping process.
