The PB-2620 has more usable CFMs, than the Stihl BG-86 in two ways. Because the engine has more torque, the air coming out of the tube has more "range" than the Stihl BG-86. It pushes debris, leaf further away than any hand held blower I've used. Secondly, the tip of the blower tube is slightly "tapered", giving off a more concentrated air flow thus allowing more precision work.
Thimachine, is much more user serviceable than Stihl's design. You do not need to remove the carburetor and disconnect throttle linkage to replace the primer bulb; simply remove 4 phillip screws will do. A money saving convenience when that primer bubl need to be replaced.
Lack of "Easy-Start", is a none issue. This thing starts on 2-3 pulls, effortlessly each time.
