1) I was unable to get tracking, the numbers were wrong. 2) I ordered exhaust gaskets but intake gaskets arrived with a 7 dollar charge. The receptionist did not know that the exhaust gaskets came with the engine. 3) The trucker did not call me for the half hour delivery warning. My phone number was not correct on the invoice. It was Arlington's number. 3 stars for timely delivery and being the least expensive engine i found. Also, ordering was no problem and the engine came in excellent condition.Briggs could have provided some information about the hardware provided with the engine. I don't know what to do with the extra hardware.
