Love it. This this thing is a beast. Built like a tank. I considered getting a cheaper $*** Craftsman, but after ready its reviews I quickly realized you get what you pay for and that wasn't a good idea. So I figured if I'm going to spend good money, and make what I consider an "investment" I might as well go big, or go home. So Billy Goat it is. Yes it's nearly 3x the cost of the Craftsman, but it was worth every penny. Vacuums leaves 4-5 inches deep. Sucks it right up!! And it's built to last. If you're on the fence about getting one, do yourself a favor and DO IT!
The CSR at Arlington was fantastic. The lady I spoke with helped me through the buying process, and answered all my questions. The shipping was very timely. It arrived in a heavy duty box wrapped with black plastic, and waa securely strapped to a pallet. Thanks again Arlington!!
