Service provided by the vender was excellent. The product itself, and the price of the product, which reflects on Honda Power Equipment is very poor. The product is very thin for a snowblower cover, and I suspect will not last very long in terms of putting the cover on and taking it off very many tines. Very disappointed in the quality of the product.
