Overall I like the Echo PPF-225 pruner. It is well made but it is somewhat heavier than i expected. It definitely starts to tire your arms quickly. The pruner did a good job cutting through most of the branches that i cut down. It started to bog down on the oak branches and seemed a little bit under powered at times. Keep an eye on the oil reservoir as it can run out of oil before the gas tank goes empty. It seems to be a good product that should last many years of intermittent use.
The product itself is good but Arlington Power Equipment needs to a better job with the order process. You purchase something and there is no way to see the status of your order. I set up an account and it said that I had no orders. I sent an online request to the webmaster complaining about the lack of order tracking and and I got no response from them. The only way I knew that I was shipped is that I got a notification from UPS on my phone app. A.P.E. had the best price but other than that I am not very impressed with this company. I won't be ordering anything else from them
