This echo saw is great. 24” is the largest saw I have used and it has come in handy for a large tree. Good name brand. Highly recommend it.

I purchased this saw from Arlington Power because of the company's excellent reputation and very fair price. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase in all areas except one. The item was shipped with everything EXCEPT the bar. Box #2 that should have contained the bar didn't - only the plastic bar sheath, nothing else. I am currently dealing with the customer service department about this issue. All personnel I've dealt with have been exceptionally pleasant and professional to work with. At present, I've not yet heard back from customer service with a status or course of action. Regardless, I'm giving my purchase a 5 star rating because whatever happened was a result of unintentional human error and I'm fully confident that Arlington Power and / or it's supplier will make good on the shortage. And yes - I would definitely purchase from Arlington Power again. Thank you again for your efforts in resolving this matter. Mike

Very impressed!! This is my first time using an Echo Chain Saw. It performed much better than my other "name brand" saw. Perfectly balanced. Plenty of power. Used it to cut down a massive oak tree. 5 stars for sure!!

I don't have much time on my Echo CS590-24 yet but the workmanship is very good, controls are well located and easy to use, balance is good, and after everything primed it starts and runs great. So far so good, now time will tell.

Fired right up. Cuts through large trees like butter.
