Arrived as claimed works great

Disappointed in the fact that I was promised a free pair of goggles which were never sent. However shipping and item arrival were satisfactory.

Package arrived in a timely fashion. Won't be able to try it until spring. The only reason I gave it
4* instead of 5* is because it was a gift and my husband got it off the porch and knew what it was.
I believe I was given the option of having it in an unlabeled box or something but I thought it would come in a box with a small label on it that wouldn't be noticed. Alas it came in the product box with the picture and description all over it. Oh well. My fault.

The trimmer came just in time for a weed whacker session of knee-high grass. It fits my PAS-2620 perfectly and has plenty of power. The method of wounding of string is a bit cumbersome comparing to the speed feeder 400 head, but once you got the hang of it, it's not too bad. All in all it's a good attachment to have.

I love the high torque trimmer. It work great and really does have quite a bite more power than my old echo trimmer ( srm 230). Some review I read said the line breaks a lot. I have found this to be true. When trimming in heavy brush my trimmer line broke off inside the trimmer head about a half dozen times. It’s an easy fix, and I hope heavier line, I’m using .95 now, will help.

Arlington Power was fantastic and I will purchase from them instead of the local big. box stores In the future. They were easy to get in touch with on the phone and online, and responsive to questions.

Everything went well with this purchase. Looking for the cultivator attachment now.
