Chapin 81008A 80# SureSpread Spreader w/Baffles, Grate & Cover

Designed for residential use, Chapin’s 81008A 80-pound residential salt/ice melt spreader has a weather-resistant poly hopper to fill with your preferred ice melt, halite or small particulates. Supported on a powder-coated steel frame with an ergonomically-designed bail system and U-shaped flip up handle, it’s simple to operate and holds up season-after-season. The baffles adjust for edge control and the pneumatic tires handle uneven ground. This unit is not recommended for rock salt, sand or sand mixes, pelletized lime, lime or lime powders. A spiked auger helps tear up clumps and keeps the ice melt moving freely. Made in the USA with global materials and backed by Chapin’s 2-year limited warranty.
