I did a lot of research on this engine and Arlington Power Equipment beat all of their competitors. There was another vendor that had it for about the same price, but had a hefty shipping cost of around $250. Arlington offered free shipping which was a great savings. I opted for the shipping protection for $32, and it was worth every penny. It was packaged tightly in a very sturdy box and was strapped to a pallet. It arrived within a few days in perfect condition. It came fully equipped minus the muffler, which I was able to use the existing one. Everything fit perfectly and it started without any problems. So far, it runs great! I would definitely recommend this place for a purchase.
