The Briggs & Stratton engine is what I needed to replace my old 675e B&S engine for my Snapper Hi Vac mower. I had a harder time removing the blade mount from the old engine than the entire process. The new engine mounted perfectly, and the Stop Cable, although in a different location, works just fine. The old motor bolts, three, bore perfectly into the new engine to a tight fit. The new engine started up on the first pull, I was impressed indeed.

The only question I do have is; what will I use the old throttle cable for? It's just hanging there. The new engine is 'factory set', unable to speed up or slow down. Wish I could train it to pull weeds in the flower beds as I pass by.
